This extension will add spellchecking dictionaries and hyphenation for Croatian (locales: hr-HR).
The extension is build from other ressources, means I do only "publish" existing dictionaries but not maintain them.
These are the "official" sources for the dicitionaires that have been shipped with OOo 2.x.

Hi,
In case that hyphenation doesn't work, here's a temporary workaround:
1. Extract dict-hr.oxt. Find the file hyph_hr.dic and rename it to hyph_hr_HR.dic
2. Select all extracted files and put them in a new ZIP archive (use WinZip or other app for this). Name the archive dict-hr.zip
3. Rename newly created dict-hr.zip file to dict-hr.oxt
4. Use Tools > Extension Manager in OpenOffice.org to import dict-hr.oxt
