Oblivion is an extension that lets you manage a list that contains the history of recently opened files with no limitations in terms of number or age of entries in your history.

Thought as a complement to the list of recent files, Oblivion offers several useful features such as instant filtering of the history list as search strings are typed, searching the metadata of the files, adding custom tags, and pinning entries so that frequently accessed files are always readily available. All of this, without altering in any way how OpenOffice handles the list of recent files!
