This extension adds two menu items to the "Tools->Add-ons" Menu that allow you to change all Latin based numbers to Khmer either in the whole document or by your selection. This allows Khmer numbers to be used in a Table of Contents or Index (just make sure in the "Edit Index/Table" you have unchecked "Protect against manual changes" - and every time you update the table you will have to run the extension again).
Hopefully OpenOffice will soon allow Khmer numbers to be used in index/tables so this extension will no longer be needed.
