Works great with the newest version of LO (3.6.2.2). Thank you for this awesome extension. You're a lifesaver!
One question though: ATM this extension inserts custom references to Headings. Not that this would be a problem, but it does add some clutter to the cross-references. Is there any way you could modify it to use the inbuilt chapter reference management instead?
