3.3.x not translated in Audit Bar 1.2

There is no such locale as ru_RU in 3.3.x. See the list of locales here: http://hg.services.openoffice.org/DEV300/file/87f4911ea629/l10n/source. Audit Bar 1.2 may not be in Russian due to this in 3.3.x.
