OpenCards - A free flashcard learning extension for Impress-0.13

This releases includes a much better tuned flashcard scheduling algorithm, adds a new mode which allows to refresh non-scheduled flashcards, improves learning success visualization and adds a better keyboard control interface. Additionally this release fixes several usability and stability bugs and finally comes along with a new fresh and stylish logo.
