CF+ add two menu items for Conditional formatting:
1) Editor to allow you to extend beyond 3 conditions
2) Manager to display all conditions in the current sheet

Linux 14.04 clone, OO 4.1.6 Minimal testing, but seems to work as expected, and makes CF work more like Google Sheets, much more convenient for editing complex format changes, using in 300KB-1.2 MB files. Thank you !!
