FWIW there is an older Esperanto hunspell format dictionary at http://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/eo.zip (under the GPL), maybe its worth seeing if that dictionary includes any words that this one doesn't and add them in if there is
