Fixed downloading of presentations from Google Docs, it looks that address to download presentations was change, and now OOo2GD will use new one :-)
In Import window on list of files on Google Docs you will see only documents, spreadsheets and presentations, no PDFs or similar.

Some small minor changes [removing of space from MIME types for some rare file types].

Now you can decide in which format you will download files from Google Docs, "refresh" icon will be again visible in upload window.

Computes hashes (message digests) of text and files using following hashing algorithms: MD2, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512
