- Corrects an error where a Dialog 1 string omitted some text when it included
the `=` character when using a recent update of the extension.
- For example, the **Use a web application** dialog field would display
`(OOO_WEBTEXT)`, not `https://quickchart.io/qr?size=350&text=(OOO_WEBTEXT)`
when you had selected the web option to create a QR code.

- The extension falls back to the default settings without user intervention

different than the default English strings, making it easier to manage.
