EN Workaround for issue #14008, allow to change anchor by default when insert pictures.
FR Contourne l'issue n° 14008, permet de changer l'ancrage par défaut lors de l'insertion d'images.
PL Obejście problemu #14008, pozwala zmienić domyślne zakotwiczenie wstawianych obrazów.
