I've made available for download a 2009 photo calendar for OpenOffice 3.0 Write at http://www.g7w.net/.
It's not an extension, or a true template, just a set of twelve .ODT files including an .ODM file, formatted to fit on a standard letter size page.
I've made three archives available: .ZIP, .RAR, and .7Z.
Also included are: an example 640x480 pixel image, and exported .PDF file, as well as Public Domain licenses.
