[x] сейм - мн.ч сеймы.

Если не будет жалоб, то можно будет распространять этот словарь в сборке OOo. Спасибо всем, кто расширяет этот словарь.

[+] Vertical alignment taken into account
[+] New behavior can be set through parameters: replace existing tables in the document, create a new document, or paste new tables in the end. (When no table is selected, it asks whether you want to convert all present tables, but when a particular table is selected, only this table is going to be converted.)

Fix bug toolbar

Useful end-user utilities from Rimptec Incorporated/CanadianPunjabi.com for converting Punjabi text from different font encodings to Unicode. It can also translate text from English and Hindi into Punjabi. However, this functionality is under development and fast evolving.

Added Punjabi Editor.

Remaining issue:
on Windows, when a cell has more than one line of text, there are redundant paragraphs that have to be replaced by spaces manually.
