Updated license text

Changes over 1.0.0:

• On some Linux machines, MySQL Connector/OOo 1.0.0 was not able to connect to a server running on localhost. This has been fixed, for a number of cases, in the 1.0.1 release.

• On some Mac machines, MySQL Connector/OOo 1.0.0 could not be loaded by OpenOffice.org. This has been fixed in the 1.0.1 release.

-->When entering =ROLL(1,b,0,0) the range of possible result was 1--b+1
