Bugs fix

• The angular dimension changes the coordinates of a point causing a false linear dimension of initial segment.
• Added magnetic points on the sides of a rectangle
  magnetic point in the middle of an arc is resolved.
• Crash when using the function junction involving an arc of circle or ellipse.
• Extension of one side of a rectangle or square erased the rest of the entity.
  Extension side of a polygon caused by the insertion of a point with coordinates of 0, 0

Fixed bugs:

• crashes with running search or replace, if it is opened or switched to another OOo text file
• file with saved batch parameters .../config/AltSearchScript.txt is from now encoding in UTF-8

Bugs correction :

* In Functions "Cut" and "Extend" crash when using "L" shortcut to change start or end angle of an arc ;
* Lose of focus when clicking in the status bar, shortcuts don't work anymore.

This new version brings English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Hungarian localized user interfaces and help pages.

While we have made several improvements to the commercially available EuroOffice Dictionary Professional, we have somewhat neglected the free version for a while. This release however catches up with the commercial version!

bugfix: due to checking formulas and such, in version 0.9.1 decimal number were neglected.
feature: quick choice added to mark changed cells with colour, or not.
wish added: allow for non-locale decimal delimiters to be identified and corrected.
