First release as an extension for OpenOffice.org 3.0, renamed from 0.20 to 0.95

This version generates actual several paragraphs and not one paragraph with new lines between the text items.
Localized: English (default) and Danish.
Truncated the dialogs.

Khmer (Cambodian) language spell checker for OpenOffice 3.0 and later, published by the KhmerOS project under LGPL V3 License

- new "batch mode": assign a template to all files in a directory (with subdirectories).
- simple help added (German only)
- new way to submit translations

First dictionary packed as extension. Duplicates have been eliminated. It contains names of countries, capitals, as wella s provinces and districs in Cambodia.
