Fixed downloading of presentations from Google Docs, it looks that address to download presentations was change, and now OOo2GD will use new one :-)
In Import window on list of files on Google Docs you will see only documents, spreadsheets and presentations, no PDFs or similar.

Some small minor changes [removing of space from MIME types for some rare file types].
