OO Pinyin Guide-0.0.3-Pre-Alpha

Changes in 0.0.3:
* Preview box now works and is using the correct font
* Buttons "Individual" and "Combinations" work
* Added French and Simplified Chinese localizations
* Moved menu item to the "Format" menu
* Fixed various small bugs related to the conversion/parsing of pinyin
* Removed duplicate dictionary file in the archives
