Esperantilo - spell check, grammar checker and thesaurus for Esperanto language-0.4.0992

This release add hyphenation directory prepared by Ari Caldeira and macros
for converting provisional character coding for special Esperanto characters (cx, ch to ĉ).
New sub menu "Esperantilo" was added to menu "Tools" to access the converting functions.
