• Rewritten Convert To tool replaced the Convert to HTML and Covert to DOC tools.

Bugs correction :

* In Functions "Cut" and "Extend" crash when using "L" shortcut to change start or end angle of an arc ;
* Lose of focus when clicking in the status bar, shortcuts don't work anymore.

• Q and A game improvements:
• The system marks correct answers, and they are not ued in the game again.
• User can exclude records from the game by ticking the Status check box.
