Extension 982-5.7.1

An improved handling of WM(CMD 'insertFormValue' ...) bookmarks prevents wollmux from deleting text surrounded by the bookmark
unintentionally. This release also contains a workaround for the OpenOffice.org issues #96878 and #103137, which caused documents with
hidden and unhidden parts of the text to be displayed differently in OpenOffice.org 2 and OpenOffice.org 3. Due to these significant
improvements, Version 5.7.1 is the recommended version for use with OpenOffice.org 3.x.
