Made small improvements to the rules for several languages and added preliminary support for Romanian. Fixed some bugs with OpenOffice.org integration. NOTE: this release ONLY works with OpenOffice.org 3.0.1.

Windows-1251 to Unicode Converter for Mongolian Cyrillic. It works in Writer, Calc, Impress and Draw.
