OpenOffice.org Base Switchboard-1.1.0

Added ability to launch documents contained inside folders. Code to recurse over folders was adopted from code provided by Drew Jensen--Thank you. Also, many thanks to Frank Schönheit for pointing out two handy methods (hasByHierarchicalName and getByHierarchicalName).

Also added button to automatically search forms and generate switchboard--It may be necessary to edit the labels/fonts/settings for each entry, but the structure is generated automatically. This may come in handy for users who prefer to structure forms with folders.

    - instead of displaying annoying message box with text "file uploaded"/"file updated", we will display it in place where user can see "progress" of operation [for downloading it is true progress, for uploading it is text "uploading in progress"]
    - new button Download placed near Open, this do only "download part" of Open, so download file from GDocs/Zoho, but not open it in OO.org, downloading for GDocs is done in format chosen in list of available formats.
