Fixed is calling a helpfile from some Linux-installations, which failed.

• Fixed a problem which prevented loading of some classes. The current thread's context class loader was null. This appears to be a problem with the Java plugin. A workaround was created. Note: This problem resulted in the XMLDecoder not working.

This is the first release of the WriterRotationTool extension.

• La transcription littérale des heures est désormais possible.
• La boîte de dialogue de paramétrage, entièrement revue, offre plus de souplesse et permet d'adapter l'extension à des usages plus variés.

Removed momentarily the contextual menu capabilities as the interception of the menu created a mess by creating a new instance of the dictionary each time a request was addressed to it.
Hope to restablish it soon but need to sleep on it a bit.
