First draft.

• Many updates for the error detection rules for English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Breton, Catalan, Esperanto, and Ukrainian
• The embedded HTTP server can now be started from the context menu if LanguageTool is running in the system tray (not relevant when only used in OpenOffice)
• Small bug fixes

Autocorrect entries now included.

A large number of words that have been accepted as compound words will no longer be considered valid since most of them are simply misspelled words. Many valid (mostly compound) words have been added.
