EuroOffice UnitConverter converts between different physical units. EuroOffice UnitConverter may be used in two ways.

  • It can be accessed from the Tools menu. By clicking the Unit Converter submenu, a dialog box will appear. You may set the name and the amount of the physical quantity to be converted (e.g. length, pressure, etc.) here.
  • The second, more sophisticated, kind of mode of operation is only accessible from Writer. If you select the text for a physical quantity in your document (e.g. 351 km) then the extension will identify automatically the unit type and the value (provided the unit name is among the units the extension supports) and it will replace the selected text with the converted value and unit.
