First Revision after Release of Punjabi Utilities for OpenOffice.org.
Provides a number of functions for converting text between different font encodings in Punjabi. Also, conversion between Hindi and Punjabi is supported.
Translation from Hindi and English into Punjabi has been added. The functionality may be limited and should be used judiciously.
