Deletes the Diacritics menu from the main menu and inserts it to the Tools - Add-Ons - menu. This way it does not stand in your way in the main menu.
Deletes the "Replace All" button from the toolbar, the function is now in the menu Tools - Add-Ons "Replace All Romanian Diacritics to ASCII".
Adds a MessageBox at the end of the replacement, so that the user has now a confirmation that the replacement process is finished...

Almost all eReader formatting options are now handled by odt2pml.
If you were still using any version 3.x.x of odt2pml, please uninstall it manually before installing this version 4.1.0!

Also, removed step for adding new entry. On previous version, it was necessary to press the [New] Button to add a new entry. If this button was not pressed, it assumed user wants to edit/upate current entry. This lead to an error if no item was selected. Changed such that wizard is always ready to accept a new entry, unless a selection has been made.
