+ Progressbar
+ 3 level chapter names in header: LibContainer, Library and Module
+ File>Properties... lists username and computername of logged on user (Environment variable of operating system used)
+ If listing from file storage, available file information is noted

known issues
Base forms (basically Writer documents) don't state file information: see http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=97303

Fields for chapters don't display right after page break (have to search or file issue)
